I just realized that “loading days” are controlled binges. Here’s what I’ll be scarfing over the next day and a half. I chose the things I love most that I wont have for over 2 months. Ice cream, honey yogurt, salt & vinegar chips, bananas, cadbury chocolate & Nutella on bagels being #1!!! HERE WE GO AGAIN.
